    Tell the AI to try again: type `"Retry"` or click the Retry button. This resolves the issue most of the time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Refresh the page">
    Reload the website you're scraping and start the extraction again.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your connection">
    Make sure your internet connection is stable. A dropped connection can cause mid-session failures.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Restart the extension">
    Toggle Chat4Data off and back on from the Chrome extensions menu, then try again.

## A website isn't scraping correctly

Some websites have unusual structures that need custom tuning. Steps to try:

1. Ask Chat4Data to re-analyze: `"Re-analyze this page"`
2. Give it more specific instructions: `"Focus only on the product listing grid"`
3. If the problem persists, report the website to [support@chat4data.ai](mailto:support@chat4data.ai) and include the URL. We tune our system for specific sites on request.
