  We recommend the Free plan for testing and light use, Pro for regular scraping needs, and Max for power users requiring high-volume extraction and advanced features.
• What are my payment options?
  Self-serve plans support all major credit and debit cards.
• What are credits and how do I get them?
  Credits are the usage currency in Chat4Data. Credits are consumed for chat interactions, data analysis, and key scraping actions.
  
  You can get credits through:
  
  New user bonus: Get 100 credits upon registration, refreshed to 100 credits on each of your first 3 login days (limited-time offer)
  Monthly subscription: Receive fixed monthly credits that reset each billing cycle (Pro: 2,000 credits/month, Max: 8,000 credits/month)
  Credit top-ups: Max users can purchase additional credits at $1 = 100 credits (valid for 1 year, non-refundable)
  Referral program: Earn promotional credits by referring new users and participating in activities
• How are credits consumed?
  Credits are used for:
  
  Scraper configuration: Costs 50-120 credits on average, which includes:
  
  Chat interactions with Chat4Data
  AI-powered web page analysis for extraction setup
  
  
  Scraper execution start: Consumes 10 credits each time you launch a scraper
  
  Note: Once launched, scrapers run without consuming additional credits—making Chat4Data highly cost-efficient for repeated data collection.
• Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
  Yes. When you upgrade, you'll pay the full price of the new plan and start a new billing cycle immediately. Any unused credits from your current plan will carry over and be added to your new plan's monthly allocation.
  
  Example: You subscribe to Pro on Nov 15 and upgrade to Max on Nov 25 with 800 credits remaining. You'll pay the full Max price, and your billing cycle resets to the 25th of each month. Your first cycle (Nov 25 - Dec 25) will have 8,800 credits (800 + 8,000).
• When do my monthly credits reset?
  Credits reset at UTC 0:00 on the day of the month matching your subscription start date. If you upgrade, your reset date changes to match your upgrade date.
  
  Example: Subscribe on the 15th → credits reset on the 15th. Upgrade on the 25th → credits now reset on the 25th.
• What is your refund policy?
  Refunds are generally not available. The only exception is if you request a refund within 48 hours of payment and have not consumed any monthly credits.
• Can I downgrade my plan?
  Plan downgrades are not supported during an active subscription. You can switch to a lower-tier plan after your current billing cycle ends.
