What are credits and how do I get them?

Credits are used for: Scraper configuration: Costs 50-120 credits on average, which includes: Chat interactions with Chat4Data AI-powered web page analysis for extraction setup Scraper execution start: Consumes 10 credits each time you launch a scraper Note: Once launched, scrapers run without consuming additional credits—making Chat4Data highly cost-efficient for repeated data collection.

How are credits consumed?

Yes. When you upgrade, you'll pay the full price of the new plan and start a new billing cycle immediately. Any unused credits from your current plan will carry over and be added to your new plan's monthly allocation.
 Example: You subscribe to Pro on Nov 15 and upgrade to Max on Nov 25 with 800 credits remaining. You'll pay the full Max price, and your billing cycle resets to the 25th of each month. Your first cycle (Nov 25 - Dec 25) will have 8,800 credits (800 + 8,000).

Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?

Credits reset at UTC 0:00 on the day of the month matching your subscription start date. If you upgrade, your reset date changes to match your upgrade date.
 Example: Subscribe on the 15th → credits reset on the 15th. Upgrade on the 25th → credits now reset on the 25th.

When do my monthly credits reset?

Refunds are generally not available. The only exception is if you request a refund within 48 hours of payment and have not consumed any monthly credits.

What is your refund policy?

Plan downgrades are not supported during an active subscription. You can switch to a lower-tier plan after your current billing cycle ends.
